Comments: 

DIMM intermittent or no data (because of the clouds and wind.)
Because of clouds, many objects with poor S/N. Also, many times the telescope drifts away to the West. Most of the time, the worst case was for the objects due North.
All the program but likely many objects needs to be reschedule due to its low S/N.
