Problems: 

20:28 UT Fails to start exp on T0000004711, ThAr lamp still ON and PI_LAMPS.vi fails to turn it OFF: "set TH-AR OFF TIME-OUT on reply for command LAMP set TH-AR OFF". In the logs '/mir7/logs/IOS/2021/07/18/210718202651_ios.log' the lamp was turned OFF.

T0000004711 files 1129, 30 S/N ~ 1.5 (cirrus moving W to E.)
T0380836882 files 1142, 43, 44 S/N ~ 1.7 (sky looks 100% clear.)
T0290403522 files 1153, 54, 55, 56 S/N ~ 1 || 'GAI2331-4433_gap' files 1161, 62 S/N ~ 1
GJ2005ABC files 1168, 69, 70 H-alpha emission feature with S/N ~ 2.7.
All the program completed with the Sun at -9.2 degrees of altitude.
