Added ThAr lamps around observations of 206361691 (Note #7)
All the program BUT, 2nd integration of HD 68026 set to 1250 instead of 1400 s (time!)
Clear all night but, relative humidity in range 30 % - 50%. 

Ended last integration with Sun at -9.8 degrees.
