The R.A. motor is not working properly, it fails at the maximum speed. It is a big problem considering that the telescope uses this speed to move from one target to the next one, in the practice it was not possible to point the telescope to the targets of the program. For the first half of the night we had a high priority target (KS37C014219) which should be observed by about 6 hours, so I moved manually the telescope in R.A. with the hand paddle at low speed until to reach this target, it took me about half an hour (my fingers hurts now :( ).
Fortunately, Leonardo was connected (until very late!) and helped me to re-schedule the targets for tonight, observing only very long exposure time targets, changing manually at low speed in R.A. between them. I spent about one hour with my fingers on the guitar!!!
At 09:15 UT, when I tried to change of target, the telescope reached a limit position. Apparently the software thought that it was moving in RA, but it wasn't because the mentioned problem. I tried to return the telescope to a safe position but it was not possible, the movements are blocked, so I turned off the drives and finished the observations.
TELOPS: Please fix the position of the telescope and check the R.A. motor!!!
