Problems:

Several problems in the beginning of the night. Fortunately David Rojas helped to solve the problems and after several hours (including hours in the afternoon) we were able to start observations about 02:00 UT.

The motions at low speed and the track of the RA motor did not work, the reason was a circuit component (zero speed circuit) in bad condition.

David changed a LM339 in bad condition and in contact with the control relay (Potter & Brumfield 24Vdc).

According to David's comments it is necessary to buy spares of the control relay. There are some similar relays of the same brand but of 6Vdc.

After a power cycle the PS of 5 volts of the VMW failed. David changed it for a spare.

The handpaddle of the dome does not work, so the pointing was done between Rodrigo and David using the telephone and the handpaddle of the console. Please check the dome handpaddle and fix it.

The finder is slightly displaced to the east of the telescope, it would be good to make an adjustment to center it. The second finder has no light to center the star on the cross, it is also slightly displaced from the center.

Dome ventilation door 13 could be opened only a fraction with respect to the others.

Due to the problems mentioned above, the following targets were not observed: A023039_3, A023626_3, EC05053-2806, HIP051254 and V1176 Cen.

Comments:

Many thanks to David for his support, I was able to observe tonight thanks to his efforts.
