Problems: 

At 07:44 UT,  the telescope fails to reach a target at -8 degrees declination and HA 26 minutes only; not an extreme position: the telescope stops moving in declination but goes beyond target in RA.

And it happened again at10:30 UT.

Comments: 

Thin clouds all night long, After 05:00 - 05:30 UT, some clouds coming from NE. As a summary, not a clear sky plus, poor seeing, hazy.

No time for targets T0198077394 and T0029781292.
