Problems: 

[First half] SISPI went down for about a half hour, and the weather is terrible.

[Second half] High humidity, cloudy/cirrus, seeing > 2 arcsec. The telescope was closed for about 1 hour (1:20am -- 2:30am local) due to the high humidity.
