Problems: 

The COSMOS slit appeared to have gotten stuck in a "between" state. We had to reset the hardware control to get it working.

The Blanco DHS crashed when trying to save an exposure to file towards the end of the night. We had to reboot the system to resume operations but the 1200s exposure was lost.
