Observer Support:

Night Assistant:
Manuel Hernandez
Problems:

SISPI had to be restart, which cost us about 15 minutes of on sky time.

Again, bluejeans automatically logs out on the CTIO end around 1 hr before the end of the night, and still the operator doesn't seem to know how to log back on. I have a phone for emergency back up, but communication is nice to have at the end of the night for logging out of observer privilges and shutting down. This problem is recurring and not being fixed. All of the operators and night assistants need to know how to put bluejeans on the polycom (or at least on their own computers as a last resort I guess).
