Comments: 

Towards the last quarter of the night the Observing Room disconnected from Bluejeans video chat and no one present had the `moderator` code so we could not restart the video chat. Alex Drlica-Wagner put a Zoom video chat in the Observing room and we used that for the rest of the night. I recommend making sure that at least the operator has the Bluejeans moderator code and ideally the observers as well. Other than that, Bluejeans worked well.
