Problems: 

In the first 1 hour 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm, pointing centering keeps sliding from R.A. correction < -3" after pointing correction to R.A correction > -20" in 1 hour. 

At 2 am, raised the dome Louvre because of increasing wind speed above 10mph
