Comments: 

1) For remote observing with DECaLS, a separate tablet or computer from the OA's is needed for skype. Skype was tested many times leading up to our run on the OA's computer but it never worked when observations were beginning. A tablet was used instead.

2) Rasicam webpage was down the whole night
