Problems: 

There was another telescope driver failure tonight.  This caused a loss of about 1.75 hours of observation.  The operators determined that we could avoid the problem by limiting ourselves to targets with dec <+13 deg.  We were able to comply with this constraint.  Observations in our program's run in a week's time will need to be conducted at dec >+13 deg and so this problem will need to be fixed by then.
