Problems: 

So, we had a hardware shutter error at 01:15 local,which was easily fixed by the Telescope Operator - this resulted in the loss of image DECam_00268830. 

However, when we tried to continue observing both the Master Console and Architect Console GUIs were unresponsive (we could not even put the cursor on their GUI windows....). 

So, we tried re-starting the GUIS, which did work, but lost us "observer" status on the Master Console, and we could not engage any of the action buttons. 

Eventually, I shutdown SISPI from one of the system1 xterms -- performed cleanup_processes and cleanup_ramdisk -- and restarted the instance ... all is well after that. 

Total time lost is 20-minutes.

Humidity alarm @ 3:32 UTC. TelOps close the louver windows and FCM humidity dropped after that.
