Problems: 

twilight to 10:55 local time - Technical loss due to a problem with the TCS

Comments: 

As measured on the DECam images, the seeing was poorer than 3" during most of the night. The form does not allow seeing values greatet than 3.

The cos(delta) factor in the DECam script editor has been applied in the wrong way. It needs to be divided into the offset, not multiplied.
