Problems: 

1st-half: I am using my NOIRLab provided laptop for the observations and connected to the public wifi. I am using my Keeper connection to my La Serena workstation to observe.  RH and AA, shared with me the DECam Keeper links, but I was not able to connect to that.  I tried to switch to the Tololo wifi, but could not obtain an IP address.  We verified that the DECam Keeper connection links work for people offsite so the observers for the 2nd-half of the night could use Keeper.
