Problems:
At the start of calibrations, I initialized the filter wheels and then loaded the flat script. During the execution of the flat script I saw that the filter did not changes from JX to HX, etc. I stopped the flat script and re-iniialized the filter wheels. After that the filters changed as they should during the flat script.

We performed the telescope pointing and focus without problems. Took a sequence of expsures of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5*6, 5*12, 10, 10*3, 10*6 seconds in JHK to test saturation and measure photometric zero-points. Performed a checkout of the guider - it is working and we were able to acquire guide stars without incident, Moved to a field and took a series of 5*12 second exposures for 1 hour to examine focus and f/8 corrections. These data may ot be useful as the seeing was greater than 2 arcsec for part of the test.
Tested scripting capabilties by taking HX and N1644 toward a field where the script: (1) slew to target; (2) observe dither in HX; (3) observe dither in N1644; (4) offset to sky field; (5) observe dither in N1644; (5) observe dither in HX. There was a proble with this in that the script completed the target HX and N1644 observations and the sky N1644 observations, but skipped the HX sky observations. After the script finished, I slewed to the target field and set the filter to N1644. Then, on the command line, I sent the command to slew to the sky field. After from the command line, I executed the seqrun.py command to take the HX sky frames. After this the filter changed from N1644 to HX and started the dither sequence. We may need to look for timeout issues during the time the script was running to see why the HX sky observations failed from in script, but not from the command line.
Finished the night perform more image quality tests.
