Problems:

During first half of the night, for the first objects observed, the image quality was very poor and out of focus.  Focus had been performed close to zenith at the beginning of the night.  We weren't able to get a good focus at the target position.  We returned to zenith and reinitialized the secondary mirror and performed another focus sequence.  Our first targets were no longer available due to hour angle limits, but we were able to move to a new field and the focus seemed better.

Comments:

2nd-half of night engineering.

1) Checked telescope focus versus Airmass for a variety of positions.  If telescope focus is completed near zenith, it remains good for fields that have an airmass of ~< 1.5.
2) Took JHKs images of a standard star in all 4 detectors
3) Checked guiding

In the engineering, I noticed that the Truss Temp field did not seem to update very often.  How often does it refresh? Also, the dTemp value for the autofocus did not change often.  Toward the end of the night (04:00-05:00), the dTemp value displayed in the GUI as 0 for a long time.  In between images, it changed to -1.5.  How often are these values updated.
