Problems: 

There was an issue at the beginning of the night where some exposures were not available on observer4. I believe it was fixed by restarting the EXPOSURESERVER2 role. Only a couple of minutes were lost to this issue.

Unrelated to above: there seems to be some issue with exposure 1338591. I can't open the image in DS9; it is possibly corrupted on the observer4 machine.
