Problems: 

A few errors with the telescope/system occurred in the second half of the night.  SISPI broke twice, and the hexapod once; these errors were resolved quickly.  Near the end of the night we lost mount control and were unable to recover before morning twilight.

Additionally, about halfway through the night the qcinv psf for the images spiked to 3+ (including one image with a psf value greater than 4), before slowly falling back down towards 1.0 over the remainder of the night.  This trend is also visible in the SISPI seeing plot for the night.
