Problems:

Some trouble opening the vnc viewer at the beginning. At around 1:45, vnc viewer :1 with the copilot graphs quit on us; did not crash the program and kept running, but could not see the seeing, transparency, exposure etc plots that update with each exposure until I started up the vnc viewer on my own laptop. However, as this is to do with copilot which not everyone uses, I should be able to work it out with my group.
