Problems: 

Issue with DECAM queue on image 1113734.
No error message in Observer Console beyond red DECAM error in top right, and Interlock, OCS indicators in top left turning red on the dashboard.
No issue with previous image of same program in nearby field - telescope nowhere near a limit.
Claudio restarted SISPI a couple of times as it was not responding.
Manuel cleared queue but still red interlock indicator.
Ultimately Claudio and Manuel called some of the engineers.
There is an active alarm in the system - may be related to "FieldPoint Missing" heartbeat in ICS - but whatever it is isn't critical so alarm was bypassed.
Lost ~1.5h.
One other very minor issue in evening twilight with Scott Shepard's script requesting target RA, Dec that was beyond limit - deleted offending exposures and did the rest
