Very professional and efficient observing support from the Instrument Scientist (S. Points), who has clearly invested time and effort updating the user interface GUI and online documentation -- really excellent work. As usual, the mountain support staff also provided superb service, in a warm, welcoming and professional manner. Thumbs up all round.
