Observer Support:

Night Assistant:
Alberto Alvarez
Also Present:
Manuel Hernandez
Problems:

The telescope lost pointing on several occassions, with significant offsets, that finding the position even with a 3rd magnitude star was challenging.

Significant (upto 30min) time loss due to pointing issues.

The high humidity and overcast due to thick fog led to closing the dome at about 0345 AM and has persisted as of 0530AM.. recording 91% humiditiy at this time. We dont expect to have observing conditions and system startup conditions before the astronomical twilight. Therefore we are closing this nights observations.
