Problems: 

GUI frozen at 03:08am. Reload did not work. We closed all GUIs (with special icon) and relaunched them again. Log in, but we were logged as "user" and not "expert". Used the ReleaseMasterConsole command (in the SISPI terminal) and restarted the GUI. This fixed the problem. The observations of exposures in queue did proceed while we were dealing with this problem. 

2 minutes later, when refreshing the observign console, we could not see the queue anymore in the Observer Console, nor the Exposure History. Refreshing did not change anything. We had to kill the GUIs again, use ReleaseMasterConsole and restarted the GUIs again. This is a new error that we have not seen before.
