Problems:

At 11:46 pm, while transferring exposure 615509, we got a SISPI Warning (alarm ID: 2700). Only part of image was shown on the comfort display. Comfort display stopped working after this. exposure 615509-615512 look fine from observer2. At 11:54 pm, we get SISPI Alerts for exposure 615513, 615514: missing CCD extension (alarm ID:2809). Then SISPI stopped taking exposures, so restarted SISPI at 12:00 am. Back to obstac exposure at 12:11 am. Lost 17 min of survey time. Com
fort display is also back to normal.

On the first exposure after switching observers, the 4MAP failed and the telescope had to be moved manually to the zenith.  Alberto suspects the worn patch in the Teflon coating of the ride surface of the RA cable wrap.  Michael could look at the telemetry for support for this suspicion.  30min lost.

One exposure in the second half of the night threw up the error: "Missing CCD extensions for 615592. Expected 70, Received 1." and the resulting image was corrupted.  No action was taken, the issue did not recur.
