Problems:
Problems initializing the secondary mirror a the beginning of the night. Resulted in not being able to change the focus value. After consulting with David Rojas and Manuel Martinez we rebooted the M2 app and the TCS app. Afterwards communication to M2 was restored. We lost approximately 1hour on this.
Pointing was about 3-4 arcminutes off for HD 28667 (RA=4 27 6.45, Dec=-62 47 58.6). Only this source was a problem, the next one nearby (SMP LMC 31) was fine.
Towards the end of the night we lost tracking when at an airmass near 2.0 because of the horizon limits.

First attempt to use TripleSpec remotely (from Tucson Arizona). Overall, pretty successful. There are lags, but I was able to locate sources and move them to the slit, prepare file names, etc..
