The observers could not publish this report - I (Tim) have done it myself later in the day.  I do not have any details of the exact problem.  The report itself is clearly not complete because the last part of the night was clouded out.

 

the report is now complete, with input from the observers (who still cannot do it themselves).  Also, I found that I had to "unpublish" the report in order to edit it.  -- Tim
