Problems: 

Some minor confusion on the part of the observer when a number of windows when down.

Ther button on Obs1-B which is in the toolbar in the browser is not working right. It is a small DES icon that when touched should show *three* choices. Right now it only
shows tow - the DES icon and a red button. There should be a thrid one.
