Problems:

Significant problems started at around 4:10 UT where the interlock was repeatedly broken. Many resets and configures needed to be done on the observer console. Eventually SISPI was restarted, but the problem was still not solved. Significant observing time was lost because of these issues. A possible suspect is some sort of problem with the guide control system communications. Estimated time lost to this issue was 1.5 hours.
