Problems: 

The dome flats at the beginning of the night do not have any significant background counts.
It appears the lights for the dome flats were not on, thus making the flats no good.

The Dome stopped moving with the telescope during the last hour of the night.
It was not clear how to fix and make the dome start moving again.

Comments: 

The dome stopped working.
