Comments: 
# We start keeping track of when the dome is opened, to see how it affects the initial seeing. Tonight the dome was opened at 18:00
# At 01:50 we asked the operator to close the louvers (wind speed around 15 mph) and screen.
# At 3.45 we opened the louvers back, since the ind speed decreased to 12 mph

# At 6.12 we closed the louvers back, since the wind speed increased to 17 mph
