Observer Support:

Night Assistant:

Problems:

Lost control of the Blanco telescope mount. Caused loss of an exposure.

Alerted Hernan and David James to "yellow" status of the IB2 machine as reported by the DECam Observer Console.

Comments:

Telescope required a recentering halfway through the first 4 hour pointing of the night. This was likely related to the problem with the telescope mount.
