Problems:

At the beginning of the night when we were doing pointing, no stars appeared on the CCDs.  We finally figured out that the mirror covers closed.  Then we had problems slewing to first field.  Humberto checked the photometers, and they were OK.  Leonardo moved telescope to zenith and turned on the air, and then the telescope moved to the correct field.

One SISPI interlock error that was fixed by a reset.

During change over, the wind shades were put up.  This took about 15 minutes.

The guider worked unreliably for the second half of the night.  There were 10 images when guide stars were not found.  The only difference in the DES and community programs is that the community program is a crowded field (the LMC).  Also, the gui was not showing the guide stars or the guide corrections (even when guide stars were found).  Note that this is the third night in a row that such guider gui was not showing updates.
