Problems:

We experienced major telescope problems from the start of twlight until approximately 11:30 local time. The main issue was with the telescope unable to move in RA but could move in DEC. After over an hour of investigation, the problem appeared to be hydraulic high pressure pump for the horseshoe not pumping oil to the bearing. Maybe an issue with the valuing which was changed during the day and not tested. This was falled by a small interruption due to lack of communications between SISPI and TCS requiring a reboot of the TCS.

Luckily these issues appear to have exactly coincided with cloudy conditions on the RASICAM, and we appear to have got back on sky as the clouds cleared.

No further problems during the DES first half of the night
