Problems: 

Files 1132-33: no EXPMETER data, fails to reconnect; IMSTAT shows images are fine.
Reboot of CHIRON/OPTGUI does not helps, Last Async reports 'EXPM connected' but 'HV' led keeps in RED state: no signal plots. In files 32-33 PMHV is 'on' but after reboot, in 34-35 the PMHV parameter is NULL.              

Please check the EXPMETER.

06:06 UT NOS issues: 'error attempting to send your object info to the CLI...notify John', SEND widget does not change state after being clicked/sent unless the page is reloaded:
the connection between NOS and TCS is slower than usual.

DIMM data gaps:  00:34 - 00:56, 04:33 - 04:57 UT
No time for TOI-667, please reschedule (system frozen while trying! rebooted OPTGUI)
