The initmtr command which sets which port, motor controller and baud rate IRS is trying to use is contained in the file /usr/wfire/tcl/CIRIM/initInst.tcl. The motor controller name must be edited when the software is ported from one telescope to another.
The offset command contains a time delay which can be adjusted for different
offset speed (the default is 50 
/sec). The ``setdelay'' line must be
edited in the file /usr/wfire/tcl/offset.tcl if the offset rate is very
different than this.
